For my home
One line for the whole house.
Pick a speed, we install, you pay a flat amount every 30 days. Nobody buys bundles anymore, nobody asks who finished the data.
Fifteen
15 Mbps
Ksh 2,500 / 30 days
A family. A couple of streams at once, someone on a call.
Order on WhatsAppTwenty
20 Mbps
Ksh 3,000 / 30 days
A full house. 4K, gaming, everyone online together.
Order on WhatsAppAll three are unlimited. The difference is how much happens at once before someone notices. Ten is fine for a couple; Fifteen for a family that streams; Twenty when there's a 4K TV, a gamer, and three phones on at the same time.
Installation day
What actually happens.
- Before. You call or message. A technician comes to survey, free, usually within a day or two. You get the installation cost there and then.
- The day. Someone needs to be home. The technician fixes a small radio on the roof or a wall, runs one cable inside to the router, and sets up your Wi-Fi name and password. About two hours.
- Testing. You try it. Stream something, make a call, walk around the house. If it isn't what we said, we fix it or we leave and you owe nothing.
- Paying. Only once you're satisfied: the installation fee, then your first 30 days.
Good to know
The small print, in large print.
- Installation is Ksh 9,500 to 14,500. The survey tells you which.
- Your 30 days start the day you're switched on, not the first of the month.
- If the 30 days run out, the line pauses and comes back by itself a few minutes after you pay.
- You can move to a faster plan with a phone call.
- We don't look at what you do online. We're a pipe.
