Installation is a one-off Ksh 9,500 to 14,500 depending on your site, paid after you've tested the connection. Billing runs 30 days from the day you're switched on.

How it works

It reaches your roof through the air.

Our network is a set of masts around Busia. If your roof can see one of them, we can connect you, usually within a week of your call. The survey that confirms it is free.

What happens on installation day →

1. Our mast in town2. Wireless link, line of sight3. Roof radio, then Wi-Fi inside
That's the whole thing. A small radio on your roof pointed at our mast, one cable down to a Wi-Fi router. No dish, no trench.

Questions

Short answers.

How much is installation?
Ksh 9,500 to 14,500, depending on how far you are from the mast and how much cable the job needs. You get the exact figure after the free survey, and you pay it only after the connection is up and tested.
How long until I'm online?
Usually within a week of your call: a day or two for the survey, then the installation itself takes about two hours.
What do I need at home?
A power socket for the router, somewhere on the roof or an outside wall for the radio, and a clear view towards our mast. If you rent, a word with the landlord about a small bracket.
How do I pay each month?
M-Pesa, cash at the office or bank transfer, using your account number as the reference. Your 30 days run from the day you were switched on.
Can I change my speed later?
Yes, with a phone call. No new installation.
